About Our Place
This nicely appointed ocean view rustic home is a 5 minute walk to the beach. Also within walking distance to most all of the famous surf spots on the North Shore such as Pipeline, Rocky Point, Velzyland, Sunset Beach. Beautiful fully equipped kitchen, full bath and 3 comfortable bedrooms. Large living and dinning areas, washer/dryer large screen TV. All the comforts of home in your very own island getaway. Surf, Swim, Snorkel, Relax, Enjoy!
The space
You will be secluded from all the hustle of the beach tucked away in your retreat yet walk 5 minutes to the best beaches on the North Shore. There are quite a few stairs to get to the house so you gotta be a decent shape, but that's what gives you the 90 degree view of the North Shore.
BBQ to your hearts content on the gas BBQ provided on the deck of this charming country home..
Other things to note
There are 3 flights of stairs leading to our little Treehouse . This is the UPSTAIRS unit of an upstairs/downstairs duplex. It is not handicap accessible. But that is how we get the fabulous view. Please note, there is a nice outdoor cat on the one acre property.
Side note : You will be in a tropical jungle in the middle of the Pacific Ocean. We share our island with friendly critters like geckos. They are harmless and yes they are lime green, but if you have any aversion to them just be warned, you will see them and possibly a dead bug or 2. We do outdoor extermination twice a month to keep on top of it as much as we possible. There is a owners studio lock out attached to the house. It is rarely occupied.

You can walk to BANZAI (Acai) Bowls and a small convenience store in a few minutes. Also breakfast and sandwiches at Teds bakery is nearby for your coffee fix.
Getting around
Even if you don't have wheels the City Bus rolls by at least once every hour during the day and you can get just about anywhere on the island on it.
